The New Jersey Newspaper Network is an organization operated and funded by the
member newspapers of the New Jersey Press Association. Its
staff comprises experienced newspaper professionals, and its mission is to be the preeminent resource for statewide newspaper advertising information, planning and placement.
Our services are provided free of charge to advertisers and their agencies.
Newspaper Expertise: We know newspapers. We have the expertise to maximize the effectiveness, and the cost-efficiency, of any media plan. Our capabilities cover display advertising, classified advertising, pre-printed inserts, or any special requests you might have. And we can find many of the lesser-known specialty, religious and ethnic publications that circulate in New Jersey’s diverse market.

We can provide you with extensive demographic and newspaper coverage information by almost any geographic boundary you specify. And because we subscribe to Scarborough Research, we also know all about newspaper readership habits and consumer purchasing patterns.

How NJNN Works
Superior Service and Convenience: Because NJNN is a direct extension of its member newspapers, our responsibility is to make available every volume discount, frequency discount, and repeat rate to which an advertiser is entitled; there’s no fee or markup to you for our services. We do all the verification, all the follow-up, and all the paperwork. We are required to pay our newspapers as soon as we receive your check, and we do all the work to resolve any newspaper billing discrepancies.

Sets up your complete buy.
Evaluate the rate quotes
and market data you've requested from NJNN. Then select any combination
of newspapers based on your objectives. Provide NJNN with
just one insertion order and we do the rest. We send individual
insertion orders to each newspaper and handle all the details, space
reservations, material delivery, and other helpful follow up. |

Makes it convenient.
NJNN checks all
newspapers listed on the master insertion order and promptly submits
tearsheets to your office as proof of publication. A single itemized
invoice is sent under separate cover.

Saves you time and money.
Your single check is
sent to NJNN and we allocate the appropriate payments to each newspaper.
Your rates are identical to those you'd pay if placing the ads directly,
and gross rates are 15% commissionable to recognized agencies.
